Contract staff helps to implement Council projects

The Council contracts with indviduals and groups on an as-needed basis to carry out work tasks and provide deliverables. The Council does not have a centralized office but is administered through an annual Secretariat. The contractors work closely with people inside and outside the organization to further the Council’s goals.
