Web Mapping Services (WMS)<\/h2>\n

Data displayed on the ESIP Monitoring Map are also available via Web Mapping Services (WMS). Web Mapping Services allow the data to be displayed directly on other Web-based maps and in GIS mapping applications. Because the data are hosted on the Gulf of Maine Council\u2019s server and served in real-time on demand, rather than downloaded, WMS enables end-users to see the most up-to-date data.<\/p>\n
